That's pretty cool. Would be useful for Robotron. Although I can't really imagine playing Robotron with much success using those non-centering sticks.

Looks centering too me. Looks just like the regular 5200 stick with that rubber in the middle. But anyway he's asking too much right? Or is it worth it?

The regular 5200 sticks do not self-center. The rubber only helps minimally. Seems reasonable to me considering he had to sacrifice two 5200 controllers, plus all the time involved to actually modify the Trak-Ball controller to make the 5200 sticks fit, as well as the wiring involved. As well as the custom paddle controller.

Tell me is the paddle alone woth 50 bucks. I think it is. But how many 5200 games can really use the paddle. There weren't that many were they.

Kaboom for one could use it. But IMO it's overpriced. If you have a 5200 joystick that won't move (broken parts, bad pots, etc), you could take the paddle knob off a 2600 set and hack the 5200 into paddle controller. I have one somewhere that looks like that.

It's ugly but as long as it works I guess. What I really liked we're the 2600 paddles retro fitted into the wico base.

Well I finally broke down and bought the paddle. Will post again when it arrives.

The paddle just arrived today. Much better than stock 5200 or wico. Or even my masterplay clone. So much smoother. I can finally play breakout now.
