which game was this one-of game developed for a company or from a company?

I once read about it long time ago, and it's, of course, a very rare game or instruction game, something along those lines. And who owns it. And is it in the official Coleco gaming lists, or doesn't it count as a release.

Any ideas?

A game made by Nuvatec for Caterpillar distributors so clients could have some fun while waiting. I think there should exist less than fifty and in all Atariage only retroillucid has one

J-F ordered yellow cartridge casings from me, so that he could use them for his limited release of SOS Caterpillar. But those casings won't be ready for quite some time, and J-F is going to release the game in a couple of weeks. Hence my "WTF" reaction.
