TheAtarianGuy
I just wanted to know when a memory test should occur, or how I can run one. I want to make sure my 1040STfm really does have 1 MB of memory, just in case I ever buy a game that requires a whole megabyte of memory. Charlie_
Sysinfo will tell you. https://sites.google.com/site/stessential/system-tools/sysinfo
AnakiMana
If you've seen a boot-time mem test, you're seeing a system with TOS 2.06 or newer. The STfm models never shipped with TOS newer than 1.04, so it's normal that you don't see it on yours. I agree with Official Ninja about using Sysinfo to check. I'm sure a memory tester is also available, but I don't know of it personally.
