Mister VCS #1 Posted April 23, 2013 (edited) For approximately one year, I play with my nephew (7 years old) Real Sports Boxing. I always used the left, and he the right joystick port. Almost always he won the fights by a knockout victory. This Sunday we swapped the joysticks - and I won with the same fighters several times by knockout. We swapped again - and he won! Is there a bug in the 2 player-mode? Edited April 23, 2013 by Mister VCS

RETROderik #4 Posted April 24, 2013 Try not just swapping the joysticks, but swap the ports they plug into and see who wins. Perhaps one of your joysticks is less responsive ?
Mister VCS #5 Posted April 27, 2013 but swap the ports they plug into and see who wins. exactly this we did... sorry for my bad english!
Kulp #6 Posted April 28, 2013 yeah it could be your controller. I know that if I use a joystick, then use a genesis controller... I find that the genesis controller is A LOT more responsive, smooth and fast.
mbd30 #7 Posted April 28, 2013 If this was an actual bug in a 26 year-old game, it's something that a lot of other people would have noticed. It's probably your joystick.
