Power supply and colour issues

Right now i have two European power supplies.

With the old one Lord of the Dungeon, the SGM, and a few others wouldn't work,

with the new power-supply i got most games to work, the only thing is that all colours are now washed out,

while with the old one i had beautiful vibrant colours???

 

Anyone knows what could be the problem?

[+5-11under]

Maybe something wrong with the +12V supply?
