Colecovision displaying in B&W?

So, I decided to test out my Colecovision after many years and it comes up on the TV in black and white. Is this a sign of something messed up?

 

Now, I am trying to run it on my Plasma TV which may be the issue. Need to get the ol' tube TV hooked up to check if it's OK there. Unfortunately, this is not easy to do at the moment so I thought I'd check here before I start digging.

I'd guess something with the TV, maybe the tuner. Try to "fine-tune" it manually if there is a way to do that, or maybe a different TV. Try switching the Colecovision channel switch to the other channel and retune.
