Parrothead #1 Posted May 20, 2013 So I recently scored some Sega Master System games on Craigslist as one of them was a mint Phantasy Star. It was complete, but also had a 4 page stapled hint sheet from Sega of America with hand drawn maps. It is so informal and unprofessional it has unique charm compared to the over the top industry of today. Have any of you seen any Phantasy Star hint sheets like this or any other Sega of America hint sheets for any other games? I will actually scan these and drop a link here in this thread for any of you that want to print them off.

schuwalker #6 Posted May 26, 2013 I have the same hint sheet and more..... True story: In English class we had a assignment where we had to write a letter to our favorite company basically kissing their arse. My favorite was Sega at the time. This was probably in the first year or so of the Master System life cycle ( around '88). What I got back back was a surprise! I kid you not, I got a Sega folder loaded w/ tip sheets of almost every game at that time in their inventory. A pretty cool Sega poster and a typed letter from one of their PR staff thanking me for their support. Back to the tip sheets, that's how I found out by that *snail game*. I really need to find that folder again....
