Melody Blaster Interest Check

Recommended Posts

What i want to do is trade my sealed copy of Melody Blaster for a unsealed CIB copy plus some cash.

But what i don't know is, what is a sealed copy worth and what a unsealed copy is worth. I am needing the money for some gaming items i am buying. Plus i would like to play Melody Blaster but i don't think i have it in me to unseal such a rare game. lol

Here are some pictures. My camera isn't the best so i think these make it look worse than what it really looks like. The shrinkwrap is really tight on the ends and there is small hole in the wrap on the bottom.

You don't have it in you to unseal such a rare game? That means there won't be a video with you saying "Oh, the horror..." in the near future? :-D

I bought my mint Melody Blaster (unsealed) for 120. In Italy a sealed one is available, but noone wants to buy it for 300 Euro. I would say a sealed one is around 200$ Especially if its sealed, but not perfect like yours this would be okay.

But is there a difference in value between Matell ans INTV box? My version is the gatefold one.

I think both of them are of equal value since the game in itself is rare.

My other option is just selling my Melody Blaster outright and using that money to buy a CIB copy. But i would want to be able to buy one right away because knowing me i'd have a hard time not spending that money. lol

I would almost consider it, but I'm actually interested in playing with this sometime in the future. If I traded my opened copy, I'd have to buy another.....or find a loose cart....or multicart :ponder:

Necro Bump.

I still have the sealed copy. I'm still wanting to trade it for an unsealed copy and cash/or tempting trade.

I did finally get a loose copy so basically i just need the box/manual/overlays. But who would just have that laying around. lol
