Anyone point me to a straight-through DB25F-DB25F cable for connecting an ST serial port to a Lantronix MSS-100? Can't seem to find anything but null DB25 modem cables on eBay.

If you can find ribbon cable DB25 (IDC) you can make a cable that way, pin 1 to pin 1. I made a few in the past, that way.

Thanks both for the info. Looks like the most sensible option will be another pair of DB25F connectors soldered up myself. Much easier now I'm sure of the wiring plan.

If you want to save a bit of time, start with RX, TX, Ground, RTS and CTS these cover most conditions, you can normally just make a solder bridge between RTS and CTS if you know hardware handshaking is not going to be a problem
