Austin #1 Posted June 22, 2013 This is something I've been wanting to look into for a while, but just haven't gotten around to it. I have a mid-'90s Midway cabinet (Killer Instinct 2 to be exact), and some of the trim has come loose. While I know what needs to be done in terms of getting it to seat properly, my main problem is that it's black trim, and it is supposed to be red. I'd like to get another strip of red trim if possible, but I don't know where to look. I've tried Google, but I can't seem to find any place that sells this stuff. Am I stuck with trying to find someone with another cabinet (or a stripped Midway cabinet from the same era), or does anyone know of any arcade vendors that might sell replacement strips of cabinet trim? I've attached a photo to show what I am talking about (you can see the right side piece lifted up).
Cebus Capucinis #2 Posted June 22, 2013 T-molding? Oh yeah, that stuff is easy to come by, most arcade suppliers will have it no problem! http://www.t-molding.com/store/home.php http://www.twistedquarter.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=14 http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=75
