ntsc games on cassette and floppy

Recommended Posts

So I have a newly rebuilt 410 drive and a couple 810, but no games in these formats. I checked out Ebay but the prices seem crazy high to me. Please let me know if you have any NTSC game on cassette or floppy that are just taking up space in your collection and need a new home. I would prefer complete in box, but would also take loose games. Just PM me with what you have and how much you want for it.

Thanks.

Perry

Are you looking for tapes as a collector or a gamer?

I'm wondering is there is homebrew/public domain that people can record for you and send the tape.

I'm looking for my collection and to play. It's easy enough to download .cas and .atr files and make tapes/floppies. I want original's.

in the apple II world people just record the tapes on their computer and load then via sound card, mp3 player, or phone

works rather well (keeping in mind the fussyness of volume and whatnot with any tape system)

I have Pacific Highway (CIB) on cassette. I have never tested it as I do not have a working deck.

How much do you want for it?

price of shipping

Sounds a little steep, but I'll take it. :) I'll PM you!

I picked up a few disk games on ebay recently and have had fun playing them with my daughter. Preppie! 2 and Summer Games. They were NIB so I had to first free them from their 20+ year imprisonment. My daughter loves summer games. Cool to see that a kid used to modern game show interest in something from the 80's.

One cool thing about playing games in their original disk format is saving scores. Preppie! 2 will save the high score by pressing ctrl-S and Summer Games saves the names and results of world records as they get broken.
