I can only dream that when I changed jobs I was guaranteed millions of dollars... sadly I don't qualify!

Wish I knew what it took to qualify.

The way I see it. No man is worth millions to any company more-so when they are first hired but obviously I'm missing something.

Maybe pissing off your customers, and ruining a name brand is the key to making millions?
