+digress #1 Posted July 2, 2013 where can I buy a dina 2 in 1 power supply. Can I make one from a coleco vision power supply instead?
ApolloBoy #2 Posted July 2, 2013 Can I make one from a coleco vision power supply instead? Depends, I assume you have the DINA which uses a DIN jack for the PSU?
+digress #3 Posted July 2, 2013 That's correct, 5 pin din. I have even located the identical 5 pin din connector on another device I have extras of. It fits perfectly. As far as I know I read these voltages are the same as the colecovision PSU produces. pin 1 = +12v pin 2 = -5v pin 3 = +5v pin 4 and 5 = ground Just wondering if anyone as already done it and can confirm if it will work or not before I cut into some wires. Of course buying a proper dina PSU would be the best option.
+digress #4 Posted July 15, 2013 Update . Just in case anyone was interested. I successfully created a dina 5 pin din power supply using a Canadian colecovision power supply and a 5 pin din from another device I had. It works fine.

Thankfully my Personal Arcade/Dina came with a Bit Corp power supply otherwise I would have done the same in order to be able to test the P.A./Dina that I own.
