Ross PK
Today I managed to get a game for 1p, which is the cheapest I've ever paid for a game. It was Jet Ski Riders for the PS2 and had a price tag of 99p, I think the guy behind the till must've made a mistake. *EDIT* I'm talking about physical games, not ones that you download. Scooter83
.69 Atari 2600 games in 2001. Got crazy climber in the day for that price. Long time ago

Impaler_26
I bought Etrom - The Astral Essence (PC) new for 0.50 € at Amazon a few months ago.
Animan
I once bought a working Genesis Model 2, two Controllers, all needed cables, and six games for three dollars. That's technically less than $0.50 for each game, or something... Not counting that, all that comes to mind is a few Atari games for $1.99 each, but I'm sure I've spent less than that for a single game at some point... MagitekAngel
Best deal I can recall in recent memory was a complete, very good condition Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus on PS2. Found it approx. 6 months ago at an EB Games. It was a total fluke because I had just started looking for a copy the week before. EB gave it away for $1.99 - liquidating PS2 stock, I suppose. Before that EB liquidated their Xbox Original Stock, and I grabbed roughly 60 games for 50 cents to a couple bucks apiece. Instant library of great games. JamesD
I think the cheapest I bought a new game for was $5. Seems to me Newegg.com was closing out some titles but I don't remember what it was. I'm not sure what the cheapest used game was.
xg4bx
$1.75 or so for the 360 version of Dark Sector. It's a pretty solid game to boot.

Why didn't you correct the guys mistake? Anyway, I can't give an exact amount but less than a dollar because I buy in bulk sometimes. cimerians
Hmmm...I got Kameo for the 360 for around 5 bucks new. Best 5 dollar game I ever paid for.
SoulBlazer
Not sure if this counts, but I picked up a copy of Fallout 3 for my Xbox 360 on Amazon, and after applying credits and points from my CC it came out to one cent.
Atari Hacker
I found NHL 2005 for ps2 at gamestop for $0.29. It was a good deal. the second cheapest I bought was mlb 09 for ps2 (again) it was $0.
NinjaWarrior
$ .25 for Super Mario Bros. at Funcoland in the 90's
xDragonWarrior
$0.99 for some games(each were at different times)
AtariLeaf
I remember getting many atari carts at yard sales for 10 cents each back in the 90's. If we're talking more modern games then I've picked up gamecube games for a dollar or two recently. I'd be hard-pressed to think of that kind of deal though when it comes to current generation games purchased while that console was still actively sold in stores. Algus
I've got some boxed 2600 games for 50 cents. Place I go to wasn't pricing 2600 stuff for awhile. Makes me wonder why they took it in trade in the first place

doomwaves
Paid a quarter for Contra at a garage sale last summer.. But as far as buying in a store? I picked up Mad World on the Wii for something like $2.50 at gamestop.. Such a great game for so cheap.
Keatah
Lotta games for free. Thus I paid $0.00 and you can't beat that unless you're paid to test'em!
Jess Ragan
A week ago, I bought Jurassic Park and Return of the Jedi (both for Super NES) for a quarter each, and got Dino Stalker for free. You can't beat a price like that! (I just wish they had extra Super NES controllers, as I'm woefully short on those.)
