gzsfrk
So yeah--I had a good day Saturday. The only downside is knowing that I will -never- top this. Never. You just don't find Duck Tales 2 and Little Samson in a single bag of games. Nor do you generally buy 7 SSI Gold Box and a sealed System Shock for less than 50 cents each. Simply amazing. I should seriously just stop for the Summer and avoid the disappointment of trying to find anything that will remotely approach this 3-hour haul. Young but loving the classics
Nice. Best I ever did was $3 Genesis games in boxes in a 2nd hand store as well as a complete Spatterhouse 3 for $27.

gzsfrk
Paid less than $90 for everything in that picture. Lady was selling a bag of around 30 NES games, and I offered $60 without even looking. Got back in my car, and my head nearly exploded with joy when I found both Little Samson AND Duck Tales 2, as well as some other nice games like Dragon Warrior III. Later that day, I went to a garage sale where a guy had over 70 old-school big box PC games, including TONS of the best old RPGs (7 SSI D&D Gold Box, Ultima, Might & Magic, original Wizardry Trilogy, and lots more). Offered him my last $23 for the lot, and he took it. The other things--Socrates educational console for $1 (came with 2 carts and worked perfect), Domino Rally set for $2, sealed Scene It 360 game for $2... couple other little things. But by far, Little Samson, Duck Tales 2, and SSI Gold Box stole the show. Edited August 19, 2013 by gzsfrk
