Video Game Genres missing for ColecoVision

I'd say versus fighting games, although it's hard to imagine how that would work on the ColecoVision. It's a really hardware-intensive genre of games that seems incompatible with 8-bit consoles.

 

There is an option to play versus fight in Way of the Exploading Foot.

For a bit more conservative adult game, perhaps Strip Poker? It would allow graphic artists to show what can be done with the VDP graphics. The one by Artworx for A8, C64 etc had both female and male characters to choose from.

Yeah, I agree. Strip poker seems like a game that is missing on the ColecoVision for sure.

 

But humour and adult themes has good potential for sure.

 

And some of the other categories I have plans to make a game for, if I ever finish my current slate of games.
