Crimefighter
This sure has been an amazing few days of unreleased prototypes for the Nintendo Entertainment System! Just a few days ago, we brought you the news about “Dino Hockey“, and this morning, we bring you details about another one, this time from infamous developer Tengen. Lost Level’s webmaster Frank Cifaldi has made the ROM image available for download on an emulator, and we have all the details! http://www.retrogamenetwork.com/2013/08/03/unreleased-nes-prototype-of-tengens-hard-drivin-released-as-rom-image-13-years-later/

Atari_afternoon
Thank you for the hint. Runs well on the Wiz (clocked up to 700 Mhz). The little tearing is hardly noticeable... The open bridge looks even better than in the Mega Drive/Genesis-version IMO. No crash-animations here. I think this compares well to the Lynx-version and almost also to the MD/Genesis one. Haven´t finished the complete parcours here yet... Edited August 14, 2013 by Atari_afternoon
ataridave
I just saw a video on Youtube of a guy who said he played it on his FC Dual Famiclone. AFIK, this was not released on cartridge. But if it has been, I'd sure love to know, as I LOVE Hard Drivin'!
