Samsung 910mp

not mine just passing a deal along..this is the single best lcd for retro computing as it supports RF, Composite, svideo, vga and SCART rgb

Just my $0.02:  It is a very good monitor.  It is especially convenient to be able to test PAL video as it supports both NTSC and PAL broadcast (analog).  You really have to dig into the menus to find the switch for it, but it is there.  SCART is very convenient as well.  Is has built-in speakers and is relatively robust.

I have it hooked up to a SECAM 7800 via the native SCART cable for a test bed for 2600-UNOs and use another one to test PAL 1088 builds since I can populate every port for tests and not have to go to a different monitor.

That was a great price esp. given free shipping.

Certainly doesn't seem right to me...

I want to agree with you but maybe there’s room here for another viewpoint. Is this practice hurting anyone, or causing TI or the program’s author any financial harm?

Is the seller simply making a few bucks off of making floppies?  I’d say that service is worth a few bucks.

Diskettes aren’t easy to come by these days. I don’t know. I’m feeling the conventional Munchman revenue stream has played itself out.

Would be a different matter if he were competing with a recent game being sold by a homebrew merchant.

This reminds me of those little choco tarts at the bakery (where they put all the remaining stuff from the cakes and pour chocolate over them). We call them Granatsplitter (lit. "shell splinter"). See https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Granatsplitter

Looks like it's part of the TMS9900 family:

Selling cartridge images on disk?  I am surprised this doesn't run afoul of ebays practices.  Certainly doesn't seem right to me...

EBay doesn't allow prototypes to be sold either. At least that's what they told me ;)

It has a 100-pin backplane like the TM990 series, but don't make the mistake of plugging in any TM990 boards. Pinouts are NOT the same, and bad things will happen. Don't ask me how I know.  I wouldn't do anything that dumb. Srsly.

It's actually useful as a general purpose intelligent terminal, though. Runs TXDS, will connect to 990's, etc. Sometimes you can find one cheap, but usually they go for TM990 prices. Much easier to find though than 990's or Silent 700 terminals with similar capabilities. Get it if you can, and thwart the keyboard ghouls. I'm told they've taken an interest, sadly.

It's for programming the 5TI series of PLC's/sequencers.  Shockingly, many companies still use 5TI systems to run assembly lines and machinery today.  Apparently, I'm one of the few people in this country that still has the equipment and knowledge to work on these things.
