WTT Vita 32gb for Wii U Deluxe

I have a Vita with a 32 GB memory card. The system is in mint condition outside of one small scratch on the real touch panel. Comes with grips that make using the Vita for long periods of time comfortable. It also comes with the original box in perfect condition, with all that came with the system.

 

I'm looking for a Wii U Deluxe model in good condition. Deluxe is 299, Vita and 32 gb card is 299, figured it's a decent trade for someone with an unwanted Wii U, looking for a Vita.
