Gunstar #1 Posted September 3, 2013 I'm looking for graphics/pictures in Atari graphic modes and formats from the ST low-res 16 colors/spectrum 512, to Falcon resolutions with maximum colors like 256/65k. I want graphics in ST and Falcon formats that I can view and use on my ST and Falcon for wallpaper and for picture viewers, etc. I want to see the works of Atari artists on Atari computers. Any and ALL Atari graphic formats welcome. Thanks in advance everyone! I have had no luck tracking down images for the ST and Falcon on the net. oky2000 #2 Posted September 4, 2013 Somewhere on my 7 terrabytes of storage I had a huge archive of ST pictures which I downloaded years ago (no idea where from, possibly underground gamer) so I will see if I can find it and will zip them up into smaller packages and could email them to you. They are in .NEO/.PI1-3/.SPC etc as I had to install an viewer for Windows on my old computer to see them. Sadly it is almost impossible to find this stuff now, and it is no less easy to find the iconic Amiga pics either I remember seeing at user groups in the late 80s for both machines. That would be fantastic if you could do that for me. I'll PM you my email.
oky2000 #4 Posted September 7, 2013 Still looking for it, not found the "Atari Pix" directory yet though so it may actually be on the internal drive in either of my 2 old laptops I am not using since Xmas 2012. As soon as I find it I will part zip it and send it to you though via email attachments. I'll PM you as soon as I've found it. I definitely had it though because I viewed most of them in some little Windows program that loaded the native files which is on an old laptop (hence I am now thinking they may also be on the internal hard drive in one of those 2 laptops). tjlazer #5 Posted September 7, 2013 I would be interested in this archive as well, we can put it online for easy distribution too since it's just pictures...
