Need Help With EMS Top Gun III Light Gun Calibration

So, I just got the EMS Top Gun III light gun for my MAME cab. I got it all set up, drivers installed. My problem is with the calibration. I can't seem to get a good calibration, no matter how I try. I've tried re-positioning the sensors, turning off everything electrical around the cab (including the marquee light), keeping the lights off, closing the blinds, etc. Either the mouse cursor is way off from the laser pointer, or, the mouse will be wildly shaking all over the screen, even if I'm holding the gun still.

 

I've already sent a detailed email to the company and I'm waiting for their reply, but I was wondering if anyone here has/had similar issues with the gun calibration and if what they've done that's helped. If I can't get anywhere, I'll have to get my money back and try the Aim-Trak from Ultimarc.

Heard back from the vendor. He gave me some tips. Turned out that I was too close to the screen when I was calibrating. Apparently, the targeting system they use requires you to be a little further back than normal. Anyway, it's working now. I'd recommend this gun to anyone in the market for a light gun. Works with all display types, is wireless, has recoiling action and has a laser pointer to help with aiming. It's very nice.
