ColecoFan1981
If there is one thing I'd like to see corrected on the Mario Bros. homebrew for the ColecoVision, it would be that all the music I'm hearing would be in the same pitch as the arcade version of the game. For example, the Mozart piece that plays when you start the game (after inserting coin) was heard in the key of B-flat on the arcade version. retroillucid
Unless newcoleco decide to help me and make the music/sfx, I'm afraid it's not going to happen
+nanochess
The Colecovision version always has sound perfectly for me. In fact I'm amazed of the high quality that J-F managed to get, as it's pretty difficult. Besides you should remember he has tolds us that he worked just like Coleco programmers in the old times, playing the arcade and coding based on experiences, he doesn't have original arcade game source code so it's awesome he has come with such a good game.
DoctorTom
They are both actually in the "wrong" key, anyway. The original composition is in G Major. The arcade version is in B flat, while the CV version is in C. Edited September 28, 2013 by DoctorTom
