Need an Editor to a Gr.15+9 screen

Hi.

Need an editor that can create a .xex of a screen (I do it by hand. no need for Tiles type program) of a mix GR.15+GR.9 but not a flicker Mode.

Yes, there is my PicMixer - you can mix different modes there. The interactive mode allows to use it with any application (like standard Windows Paint).
