Got this joystick today

Got this joystick today, never seen one before, right now i'm thinking of modding it for the colecovision,

adding a second button and a numeric pad, what do you guys think?

Looks good, but how much work? What's that thing sticking out of the expansion port?

OP, any name, model #, date or anything on the JS? Looks cool. Guessing you'll need to replace the cable as it probably won't have enough connections.

I'd leave it alone... I've never seen that joystick before, and if it is old I'd hate to see it hacked.

 

Plus the amount of work you'd put into it would be almost the same as building one from scratch.
