Nuon op code values

Well I know it's not an Atari console but there's a lot of Atari DNA locked up in it yeah?

 

I've been trawling through the Nuon docs and it's really interesting but they seem to omit any details on how the op codes for the VLIW processors are encoded. I know LDA #00 is A9 00 and 6502 but can't find any reference for the Nuon.

 

I thought I'd ask in here if anyone knew a good place to look for info like that?
