leods #502 Posted December 9, 2015 Last humble bündle is one of the best ever. SNK games DRM free for PC Mac and Linx. Some games are Steam, but most DRM free. https://www.humblebundle.com/ duh.. But anyone with a brain is already subscribed to their Newsletter, so maybe it's so obvious that's why no one posted it here yet.
bretthorror #503 Posted December 10, 2015 Bundle Stars has insanely cheap RPG Maker Ace. I am gonna make my own game... why not? There's tons and tons more stuff included, but I dunno of what quality.

Every time that comes up, I think about it, but then what do I make? Where will the time come from? I have no clue.' Looks like the expensive one is the new version and is cross platform. bretthorror #507 Posted December 12, 2015 Every time that comes up, I think about it, but then what do I make? Where will the time come from? I have no clue.' Looks like the expensive one is the new version and is cross platform. I've played around for a couple hours and watched a couple hours of video. The cool thing is they have pre-made villages and maps you can use, I definitely will be taking advantage of that. You can alter them to your likings, and I will to an extent, especially in the level parts, but there's really no reason for me to design everything. If anyone plays my game, it'll be for the juvenile humor. In a nutshell, I'll make my cousin and a couple of my buddies play through it and that'll likely be that. As huge as the program is, unless you make your own sprites, you've heavily restricted to what the game offers. It's not like the 500 icons they include aren't enough, it's just, understandably, very regular RPG stuff. I wanted my character to have beer, junk food, maybe a game controller or something as items/power ups/etc. and they just don't have that type of stuff in it.I can still make due. Inevitably you can still design whatever you want, but that might be a little too time consuming for me, especially since I am not a great artist. Even if you just piss around in it, it's worth the BundleStars price, at least. Actually, the $3 one would have done me just fine knowing now that the newer one only has traditional RPG items. Newest one is too rich for my blood.

xenomorpher #510 Posted December 19, 2015 Gog.com has the original Turok for $15.99 right now down from 19.99 Still pretty pricey but the graphics are much cleaner compared to the N64 version. I'll probably hold off on getting it and wait until they bundle the second one in or something.
Noah98 #511 Posted December 21, 2015 Green Man Gaming has Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year edition for $9 after using the 20% discount code. I was skeptical, but it's actually a really fun game if you like the Batman Arkham series.

xenomorpher #517 Posted December 27, 2015 I've been playing Into the Gloom and it's been one of the more unsettling games I've played for awhile. It's amazing that a game that uses a pixel art style can even achieve this. Sure there are jump scares, but the atmosphere is great. It's only $1.19 so I HIGHLY recommend checking it out.
MrMaddog #518 Posted December 29, 2015 GOG is selling their Duke Nukem games for $0.59 each. That's all three DOS games for under two bucks... Get them before the New Year begins or they'll be gone for good. (Unless Gearbox decided to sell them themselves) PS: I recommend not getting Manhattan Project unless you're really skilled at double jumping.

Algus #521 Posted December 31, 2015 Steam Winter sale (almost) all Final Fantasy games are 50% off, which makes them reasonably priced for once! I grabbed the lot save for FF14 and Lightning Returns (neither on sale) After fifteen years and swearing I'd never spend a penny on it, I've finally given FF11 a go. Holy cow, I forgot what it was like to play a game that doesn't hold your hand. I've actually had to look stuff up. Keyboard controls are ass but I grabbed my F310 and it plays pretty great with that. Doubt I'll sub to it. LOL @ having to pay monthly for character slots.
