How is the Dragons lair game on he Jaguar? Has anyone played it?

Basically it looks and sounds just like the PC version that came out around the same time I believe. I have it and I actually prefer this to my PC version since it is way easier to load up and play. Also the PC version didn't seem to have scenes like the burning ropes and platform...but these are present on the Jaguar version. In fact, near as I can tell, the Jag version seems to have all the scenes from the arcade in it.

If you liked the arcade version, you'll love the Jaguar version. Plays just like it.....

I have yet to find one on ebay. (It is possible I am missed it though) Perhaps the rarity should be increased?

Dragon's Lair is often on eBay. I see it lot of times during my 'daily-browsing' . Usually, it's the 'jewel-case' version, without external box.

 

You could also take a look at www.myatari.com, or http://songbird-productions.com . Carl have it at a good price. (And this reminds me that I need Dragon's Lair, too )

Dragons Lair is a great version for the Jag CD. if you dont have Space Ace and Braindead 13, i recommend those also. I like how the sequences dont freeze for a second or 2 like the dvd versions and the 3do versions. But of course the best versions are those that are on the CD-I

 

I wish Dragons Lair 2 came out for the JagCD. I know the preview for it looked kinda bad, but still something else for the Jag i dont mind

I bought Dragon's Lair 2 on DVD, and, i'll tell ya, I am not that happy with it:-(

But there is the funny thing that you can watch the whole movie:-)

And there is that WIP movie that is nice, too.
