Tickled_Pink
Well, I'll tell you something I learned from that article - I always thought the Odyssey was only ever released in the US. I've never seen one. So as far as digital archaeology goes, you really do need to dig pretty deep to find a functional model over here. Magic Knight
Not when i work with guys who have never heard of a commodore 64 or Atari 800. Pong to them was something before the war!
+Gemintronic
It's still a tied down wreck until it enters public domain. Not history until it's no longer lawyerbait.
Android8675
Shocked there's no mention of Space War or Lunar Lander.
TMR
Well, it's the Daily Fail so probably best to not expect much before reading... and preferably use an anonymous proxy. =-)
sack-c0s
I'm surprised that they didn't glorify the spectrum as being a great British machine, whilst the Atari is a dirty immigrant of a machine, which is used to connect via dialup to electronically demand unemployment benefits and use the NHS... tjlazer
Shocked they mentioned "Atari Computer" actually!
Kyle22
If they only did some research and discovered what we are doing with Ataris now

snicklin
Fixed that for you Did you? How?
TMR
Did you? How? It was a Daily Fail piece, the implication is that they didn't do any research rather than just skipping over what's happening now. Of course, the joke stops working now i've had to explain it. =-)
sack-c0s
or indeed on any article they have ever written ever...
Dr Do
If it's an article from the Daily Mail then I'd suggest taking whatever it says with a massive pinch of salt.
