Sword of Saros and Survival Island labels "PAL system"

Do NTSC versions of Sword of Saros and Survival Island say "PAL system" on the label?

I'm asking because I cannot find a photo of these games where it does not say this on the label.

I owned both of these when I was a kid, so I know there was a U.S. release.

These are listed as NTSC releases in the AtariAge database, and the photos of the cassettes there also say "PAL system" on the label.

I had both at one point and they said PAL on the label even though they were NTSC.
