The Mechatronic 80 column version, I recognise it with the Scart plug.

(I am not totally up to speed with the F18A and 80 columns, but it seems I have

some 80 column programs that probably work with this card and not with F18A,

at least I did not got it to work), nor sure if there is a difference, but let me try to

find it (and post in the 80 column forum)

Ooohh, lots of nice things in there, Mantadoc! Looking at that last picture, you seem to have a Myarc personality Card (or at least you have the Myarc SASI drive that goes with it) and hidden underneath I see the fourth confirmed Myarc MPES-50 in the hands of one of the members of this group. One of these days I'll capture an Atronic CPS-99, but they don't come up for sale all that often, unfortunately.

Your 99/4 setup is actually missing three sidecars: 32K, P-Code, and Video Controller. There are between 5 and 10 of the Sidecar Video Controllers out there, but I only know of two surviving copies of the P-Code box (one is a prototype and the other is a production box). Mine is the production box, someone else bought the prototype from Mike Dudeck about 10 years ago and I haven't heard anything about where it might be since.

Those are some creative setups. Thank you for sharing! The fully beige system setup is pretty cool, beige from the keyboard, through the flex-cable boot to the monitor. Never seen anything like that before.

The sidecar video controllers are a bit of an odd duck. They were produced as standard production items, but they couldn't be sold to home users, as they were classed as industrial devices. Schools and businesses could (and did) buy them, but most of those ended up landfilled after the school/business determined they were no longer needed.

The sidecar P-Code boxes were actually available for about two years--but they only became available shortly before the PEB came out, so very few people bought them, as it was more economical to buy the PEB (and took up a lot less space), especially if they hadn't done much to expand their consoles yet. Most folks back then didn't have fully-expanded sidecar systems (maybe one user out of 10 or 20), and considering that there were only about about 60-70 thousand 99/4s on the market then, that probably put the total number of potential sales in the 3-5 thousand range, and that was if everyone bought one (not a likely scenario at all, considering how hard it is to find the PEB version). I figure that realistically, less than 100 of them were probably sold. As I noted earlier, mine is a production version. They remained available in the catalogs right up until TI closed their employee sales stores in late 1984.

yes, of course

(but I did NOT test the software yet. I assume, it´s the right one)

Maybe you need "TYPE 9655" (110 Volts, same output voltage)

Thanks Schmitzi, I just got my SCSI card to work, now I can try to look for the PS and get my Eprommer functional.

Welcome @ home :)

Atronic 32KB Expansion System with PIO

If somebody knows about the powersupplies voltage, please let me know.

Manual says, it is only needed if other periphal without own powersupply is conneccted,

i.e. the SpeechSynthesizer, or "Graphix Ex. Basic"... (?)

Schmitzi,

I like it! post-41141-0-79926600-1454498958_thumb.j

It would be cool to see something similar to this with an SD slot on top. One that emulated the Myarc HFDC in FPGA. Could you imagine one SD card to emulate DSK1 - DSK4 & HD? It would be the perfect replacement for the now discontinued Nano-PEB. To me a case is a MUST. /dream mode off
