Omega-TI #101 Posted February 4, 2015 Yea, I wouldn't trust you with a light saber, either. Gazoo I'd have no problems with him and a light saber, of course it might shorten a few threads. Well, could you please ask the Jedi Master (Albert) about it? This is one thread that would benefit from that function. Thanks!

vectrexroli #112 Posted March 15, 2015 Some photos from my collection, but it is hard to show as some of my TI 99 stuff, like the PEB or the MBX system, is in boxes and I have no space to display it.
Omega-TI #113 Posted March 15, 2015 I love your solution for the Nano-PEB! A totally enclosed box, yet it looks to easily open for access to the CF card. Brilliant!
vectrexroli #114 Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) Thanks, but it is just a quick ugly hack as I didn´t have time so far to join any meeting at the Austrian TI 99 club. There is a guy who seems to be an expert for 3D printing and he made different cases for diferent nanoPEB versions. I hate add-ons without a case, as all the dust sticks on the PCB then. I hope I will get a better solution at some point. Edited March 15, 2015 by vectrexroli
Omega-TI #115 Posted March 15, 2015 Ahh, that's funny. What you call is a hack is the best solution I've seen so far. Now I'd LOVE to see these 3D printed cases you are talking about. Do you have a link? I'm thinking there might be a few dozen others that might be interested too.

No, I have not seen any photos or links so far, I only know that the guy is called Leszek and on the TI 99er Facebook group he said that there were more than 8 different NanoPEB types, which makes things quite complicated. The only way to handle that is to take your NanoPeb and test all the diiferent 3D printed cases.
+OLD CS1 #117 Posted March 15, 2015 For the most part, I lack the space to keep all my stuff in original boxes. Probably reduces the value of my "collection."
vectrexroli #118 Posted March 15, 2015 For the most part, I lack the space to keep all my stuff in original boxes. Probably reduces the value of my "collection." Loose cartridges are much easier to play the games anyway. And I also always had a hard time to find anything on my NanoPEB. The "2048K Games 1" cartridge I received last week is great. I can spend my time now playing the games instead looking for them.
