Intellfan #1 Posted November 22, 2013 II saw this on Ebay. I have never heard of this is it newer? How many were made? Just wondering http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intellivision-SUPER-NFL-FOOTBALL-Homebrew-Game-RARE-CIB-MINT-/301021845451?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item46164cd7cb

wolfy62 #3 Posted November 23, 2013 I am guessing, because i have no actual way of knowing. Probably 100 or less were produced.
mjarnold7 #4 Posted November 23, 2013 I think David has a bigger base than that, but I could be wrong...My guess would be in the 200-250 range, but that is truly a guess...
slab0meat #5 Posted November 23, 2013 Wish I was around when that game was released........
JasonlikesINTV #6 Posted November 23, 2013 I would think a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 250....my official guess is 167.

+Lathe26 #8 Posted November 23, 2013 Also, there was a re-release of Super NFL Football a few weeks ago (sans the overlays) from http://www.intellivision.us/intvgames/supernfl/supernfl.php However, it is out-of-stock again.
+boxpressed #9 Posted November 23, 2013 For those of you who never heard of Intelligentvision before this year, how did you get to buy games from them? I never got any emails about available games despite joining the mailing list (or at least I thought I did). Seems like you had to be an old customer or be very lucky in order to be allowed to buy something. I never saw any "available to buy now" posts on AA by any members, either. Not to speak for David, but here's what I remember it: There were some arguments between David and some others, here and outside, that resulted in some insults, warring words, and some threats for David to cease and desist production. David then said he felt unappreciated and decided to retire from game production. He says his wife eventually convinced him to continue, but he decided to sell directly to his most avid supporters, which were mostly collectors not casual players. Thus, if you hadn't bought from him much earlier, or if you didn't buy a significant number of titles, you were not included in the private release announcements. Don't feel too bad. I thought to skip one or two releases that did not appeal to me, and I apparently was taken out of the list as well, and missed all the rest. -dZ. It does make me feel better knowing that I wasn't the only one having issues. Just a shame that some of the old customers buy multiples only to sell them on eBay. Honestly, I don't know why I expected anything different with the two most recent releases after the whole fiasco earlier this year of David offering out of print titles but making you order via message on his website, then saying that I couldn't have them after all, then saying weeks later that he found one Choplifter for me, then saying, no, I'm going to take back the offer and sell it to an old customer instead. David can sell games to whomever he wants -- I'm just annoyed by the rope-a-dope. With Intelligentvision ceasing production, I finally have the same chance to buy games as everyone else.
