youki #3 Posted December 17, 2013 If somebody sells you a ROM of that game , he is a <place a big insult here>. watch out , when you buy a Ghost'n Zombie , some Fake exists. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/218507-ghost-n-zombies/
+adamchevy #4 Posted December 18, 2013 I am willing to pay 300-500 depending on the condition if anyone has a copy to sell.
+adamchevy #5 Posted December 18, 2013 I'll even throw in a modded sears video arcade. And a free puppy!...OK you'll have to get your own puppy.
AtariBrian #6 Posted December 19, 2013 I want a chocolate lab
+adamchevy #7 Posted December 19, 2013 Chocolate labs are nice. I have a beagle and he's pretty great!
+adamchevy #8 Posted December 19, 2013 If only I could trade my beagle for a copy of Ghost n Zombies or my wife on certain days.
+adamchevy #9 Posted December 19, 2013 This is the heavy sixer I would include plus $300-$500 depending on condition: http://m.ebay.com/itm/331090233399?nav=SEARCH&sbk=
+adamchevy #10 Posted December 20, 2013 Ghost n zombies looks like a great game, but its hard to really know until I play it. Anyone on the forums have a personal review of it?

+adamchevy #12 Posted December 20, 2013 Thanks for the link. It looks like a great game. I hope I get to play it someday. The sound is amazingly close to ghosts n goblins. Reminds me of playing the arcade game when I was a kid.
AtariBrian #13 Posted December 20, 2013 You could go buy a nes for a good price and ghost n goblins cart for a good price and your all set
+adamchevy #14 Posted December 20, 2013 That's a good point. I think I'm going to do that until someone takes me up on my offer. I have really had fun with the homebrew games I have played so far. I am shocked at how few of these games were made. When ghost n zombies was released I would have thought the demand would have been much higher. I am shocked at how few of these games were made. When ghost n zombies was released I would have thought the demand would have been much higher. From what I understand they actually increased the amount they originally planned to sell a couple times. I believe the Colecovision homebrew scene was grown a lot since that time. If you are willing to spend 300-500 dollars I would watch ebay frequently. I have watched a couple auctions and I believe they sold for closer to 200. +adamchevy #17 Posted December 20, 2013 The last eBay auction looks like it ended in September 2012. If anyone sees one for sale please post it on the forums.
AtariBrian #18 Posted December 20, 2013 Look out for fakes of this game also . If one shows up on ebay dont bid on it before asking people on on AA to confirm it .
+adamchevy #19 Posted December 20, 2013 OK I will be careful. That's why I would like to buy this from an atariage member. You would think a free modded heavy sixer would be enticing. Guess not.
nanochess #20 Posted December 20, 2013 Given the small quantity of cartridges manufactured (25 or so CIB) there is a big chance that all are now in collectors' hands so it will be pretty difficult to get one.

Youki said there's probably around 60 or so. I'll just keep looking till I find a copy or a way to play it.

Maybe we should start the Ghost'n'Zombies circle, various users get into, one player plays Ghost'n'Zombies and when finished he passes the cartridge to the next user in the circle

+adamchevy #24 Posted December 21, 2013 I just put an auction up on ebay to look for a copy. Not exactly going by eBay rules but it might work.
NIAD #25 Posted December 21, 2013 Check with Junior T. at www.colecovisionzone.com as he was selling off a very large collection of CV Homebrews in one large lot that included Ghosts 'N Zombies. The auction ended with no bidders surprisingly, but then the games were put up individually. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 190970436499 Hmmm, $500 !!! That is a very tough offer to pass up, but then it would create a very large hole in my collection that may never be re-filled. But seriously, $500 ? I might have to sleep on this one.
