Intellivision 1 reset button repair

I have new to me Intv 1. The reset button (aka piece of metal) fell off. At first I had no idea what it went to, so I threw it out. Now I realize it was for the reset button. I plan to open tonight and replace with something.

 

Any ideas?

so far I'm thinking of a tactile switch, or something like Atari 2600 joystick dome
