Tursi Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 Classic99 sends the entire video frame up to the video card up to 60 times a second if the graphics are changing (even if the full frame didn't change)... any of the 2x scalers results in 4 times the bandwidth going up (hq4x results in 16 times).
