Well...there's four labels - one yellow, two green, and you have the picture one.

 

And rarity is 2-4.

Atariage is missing a lot of carts in its database. You'll find a listing for it at Atarimania though.

 

As for rarity it is a lot higher then a 4.

All I can say about its rarity is this: in my almost 15 years of Atari collecting, I've never seen a picture label Blackjack, besides, of course, the Sears one. BUT...I've never looked for one, either, mainly because I somehow actually hadn't even heard of it.

I like collecting weird label variations like this (Atari Corp. could really be counted on to deliver them!). I'd make an offer on it if I had any real idea of its value. It's a pretty unusual label variation...but it's also Blackjack.
