roadrunner #28 Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) Same bidder went for Sears Superman, but $100 is Reserve Not Met. Wow. schoolgirl, she might be hoping she gets outbid just so the price goes up higher. She won this sealed Tunnel Runner but it got relisted. I asked the seller about it and he said the buyer flaked out. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-2600-7800-Tunnel-Runner-MIB-Sealed-New-Original-CBS-Electronics-Rare-/141137915184?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item20dc79ad30 Edited January 17, 2014 by roadrunner
+Nathan Strum #29 Posted January 17, 2014 $259 CIB: http://console5.com/store/crazy-climber-atari-2600.html Yes, but that one looks like it got backed over by a truck.
+bfstats #30 Posted January 17, 2014 I left it mirrored. Well, okay then. I was fine with it being moved, but did you have to be so MEAN about it? Big ol' brute!
+save2600 #31 Posted January 17, 2014 Yes, but that one looks like it got backed over by a truck. Nah - looks more to me like the shrink-wrap is doing its job of shrinking/crushing/warping the box. See it all the time with LP's. Owners think they're protecting their collections, when really - quite the opposite is really happening.

+Psionic #33 Posted January 19, 2014 this needs to go to marketplace/auction subforum That's where it is. It's just mirrored in the 2600 section (where it was posted originally).
Andre81 #34 Posted January 20, 2014 schoolgirl, she might be hoping she gets outbid just so the price goes up higher. She won this sealed Tunnel Runner but it got relisted. I asked the seller about it and he said the buyer flaked out. Happened to me several times. She placed high bids, outbid me, drove the price up and if she actually won the item she flaked out. Wonder why her account is not yet suspended.
dubxcube #35 Posted January 20, 2014 Seems obvious to me that "schoolgirl" is another account for the same seller used specifically to bump pricing up... Ebay will eventually catch on and suspend both accounts... ...or not
+Psionic #36 Posted January 20, 2014 Seems obvious to me that "schoolgirl" is another account for the same seller used specifically to bump pricing up... Ebay will eventually catch on and suspend both accounts... ...or not johnsgirl2 and school_girl_in_a_short_dress are not the same person. Their respective eBay listings have completely different writing styles, and I don't believe they're even in the same part of the country. They just have a similar modus operandi. dubxcube #37 Posted January 20, 2014 Curious if the same overbidding and backing out has occurred by johnsgirl2 on school girls auctions... Not curious enough to dig into though. Interesting coincidences though the amount of "flaking out" school girl has done that johnsgirl2 is relatively "ok" with....
thegamepimp #38 Posted January 23, 2014 (edited) I list a lot of decently rare stuff for decent prices and every time school girl puts in offers of 2% of the BIN price. Shady ebayer IMO, looking to pay pennies and overcharge with vague possibly misleading listings. shameless plug eBay Store: Justpressplayonline Edited January 23, 2014 by thegamepimp
roadrunner #39 Posted January 25, 2014 Wow, the price on that Crazy Climber went up instead of going down. It's now $1,

Prices are high but everything is boxed. NOT MINE! eBay Auction -- Item Number: 151211190329 Did not sell for US $250.00.
