Jaguar homebrews on cartridge

@ Williard: cheaper and easier to produce games on CD than cartridge - pure and simple.

 

…I too much prefer carts over CD's, but it is what it is. Nice that we have a choice sometimes!

Well, I deifinitely do prefer cartridges, and they are usually more expensive than even pressed CDs. I just personally think that so far homebrewers in the Jaguar scene have always underestimated demand, and made insufficient production runs. It is understandable when looking at how much money they must put up front, but still a bit unfortunate as bigger runs would lower costs.

I sold my JagCD to buy a Skunkboard. The JagCD itself was reliable but I found burning the CDs a real pain in the ass.

The Skunkboard on the other hand is a real gem. I hope someday a similar item goes into production....
