1) are arcades supposed to be left on like in arcades or unplugged after each use?

 

2) are Galaga and Centipede considered desirable? what do each go for outside of ebay?

You can leave them plugged in, but you should always turn them off. Keeps the wear and tear down and some older arcade games can be a fire hazzard.

 

2) are Galaga and Centipede considered desirable? what do each go for outside of ebay?

 

Galaga is going to be around $600 - $1,200 generally depending on who you talk to and how good of shape it's in. This game is still very popular and still earns money.

 

Centipede should run anywhere from $300 - $600. If you find it cheaper, get it :-)
