NGDEVTEAM has announced on their Facebook account that Neo XYX LE and RE editions are now shipping Here is what they said.

 

"NEO XYX for Dreamcast is now released.
The Limited Edition [LE] and Regular Edition [RE] are currently shipping. It will take a few days to ship all games.
The Collector Edition [CE] will follow next week."
