keilbaca
I found a linked set of these at Dave and Busters here in Pittsburgh, PA. I was wondering what your thoughts are on the game. I played it... and it felt too slow. It was nice feel to manual drift with a real racing wheel, and loved that tapping the brake started the drift instead of a jump button. It did feel entirely too slow though. I dunno if they have a ranking system or a way to save games so that you can get upgraded karts, but that's my general consensus. Seems very, very drift/boost heavy on straightaways to make any kind of decent ground. Anyone else feel the same way?
Rex Dart
Is this the new (third) one? I've played the first two, but I haven't seen the latest one yet.

Did the other two games feel like that as well?
Rex Dart
Everything except relying on boosting through straightaways. I don't recall the previous two depending on that so much.

I shouldn't say that its really necessary... I mean it seems like its the only thing you can do to make the game feel like the console versions of mario kart. I held down the gas and it felt like I was crawling... No one was gaining on me or anything, the whole game just felt slower. I got bored and started drift boosting on straightaways. Rex Dart
That sounds about right, then. Can you still play as a Tamagotchi?
