LX.NET
For your entertainment, I am uploading the individual ROM images for each of the music files in the Handy Development Kit samples. There were four of these included in the testhmusic.lnx image, but the samples for a couple of other ones were there as well. I can identify most, but not all. Some of these are giveaways by their title. Some not. So can you help identify which games these samples came from/were used in if at all? Just copy the list (from the last post in the thread) and add your knowledge/guesses. arabtile bass bmx buzybee buzyphase connected endtile liberty points roadrace sfxcall sink2 spaceone summer tester tokimain (duh!) handydevkitmusicsamples.zip
LX.NET
BTW, I found the tokimain.dnl file on the web somewhere and converted it to an image as well. johannesmutlu
Am sorry to say that but in general i mostly don't like the music samples from atari lynx games, they sounds more like a master system, ninja gaiden 3 is a prime example of bad sounding they could,ve just ONLY used real sound effects instead, rather then digitized fm bleeps?? HOWEVER There are exceptions, i REALLY LOVE. The music in electrocop, i also like the music tunes in calafornia games, pac man, batman, shadow of the beast, rampard etc,,, sound cool,so it's a matter how to use those bleeps to make them sound cool ,
