karokoenig
Defender Score: 110.000. I hit the fire button too quickly and lost the screenshot. But I was definetly over 110k. Don't know how much, so I'll post this generic one. Wall Defender: on the board with 1,748. At least I have a pic. (edit): Nevermind the stupid score on Wall Defender. I took the 30 seconds to peek into the manual. New score for Wall Defender: 23,147. Edited March 8, 2014 by karokoenig

Mister-VCS
As you well know... It needs to be a NEW score played during this week. And i thought a score after the great Video-Game-Crash 1984 is a new score... This season i post my old high scores just for self-motivation!
Botbird208
995k counts as a rollover, Or do we have to get 1 million? If we have 995k and 3 lives, the person would get 1mil anyways easily. Its only 5000 points they are missing.

StanJr
226050 (this shot was taken while "paused" on the mutant wave, and good thing too as my son promptly came over and removed the cart from the VCS shortly after; he's 1 1/2 years old after all) I will roll the score later tonight, but hold that shot for the bonus points later. Remind me, what is the rule about rolling over? Do we have to keep rolling over and over to get the highest score, or is it roll once and done? Nevermind, I can read apparently. Also, what is the general sentiment on saving the first human abducted and flying around with it instead of returning it so that no more humans can be abducted until the next wave? Is that cheating or just good strategy? Because in some houses they will cut you for that. For Wall Defender (you'll have to trust me as the VH on my crap CRT TV is inconsistent), that score is 1731 (or there abouts). I'm just after the bonus points for having score at all. Finally, since I have very few R9 games, when I do have one and can play it on the original hardware, I have to brag a little, so you get that picture too! StanJr
349450. I remember the first time I rolled this game, it was a race to see which rolled first, the wave counter or the score. It's the wave counter. I hit wave 50 around 300K
karokoenig
We got some quality competition going with all the old, new and returning contestants. Bad for my long term ranking prognosis, but very nice and comfy. Quite the lively High Score Club this season. I hope it stays that way and you guys keep posting such awesome scores. New score for Wall Defender: 215,258. I kinda like this game more than Defender, to be honest. It's a really good choice for a bonus game. It's quick and twitchy. Points are streaming in pretty quickly at higher levels, so keep going, guys. Defender never was my cup of tea.

dark-aleph
I smell some rollages coming on... Yup, this one will have more rolls than a Biggest Loser contestant at a bakery... I'm not sure what will hurt most - 150 waves of Defender, or playing Wall Defender again! As far as the ethics of carrying your Humanoid around goes, the manual says: "There are times when you may want to catch a Humanoid and holdon to him instead of returning him to Earth. As long as youhold a Humanoid, Alien Landers cannot abduct any otherHumanoids during the wave." ...if it's in the rulebook, I say it's fair play
