River Raid 3 - Quelle?

I got a lot of River Raid 2 and River Raid 3 for a few pounds in an auction; the RR2 is the Quelle label as found from the Europe Rarity Guide. The RR3 is also a picture label and looks very similar in style to the RR2 Quelle package, but I cant find it listed anywhere as a Quelle product. Any ideas?

I think its more Taiwan, or something like this. They look most near the same as Quelle. But most you can't tell exact, from where these cartridges are, because most look near the same.

 

Maybe same producer.
