BTW, has anyone here reached the end of Knightmare or Zanac? Just curious... Last I heard, one of my beta-testers made it to stage 6, but didn't reach the boss. Thanks to the cheat, I just completed the MSX version... how can somebody complete that game without cheat!?!?!! .. phattyboombatty Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 After fully inserting the cart into the AtariMax CV adapter, pull it out a little and try dumping again. It took me several attempts to get mine to work. You'll know when you have successful connection and dump when the resulting binary is 128KB (instead of the 1024KB size when it can't properly read the Zanac cart). I will mail a couple more tomorrow morning. Once they receive the carts, they will need a couple of weeks to test the game fully. So we should know for sure by the end of this month if the crash/reset bug has been permanently fixed. As far as I know, the revised software didn't crash (not even once) during the tests with the AtariMax SD cart, which is encouraging news.
