After John Rowe who left to create Tradewest in 1986, which basically did a lot of the SNK publishing till around 1989 in America for Arcades. Rowe -went to Williams and Midway before buying a large part of Sammy, believe it the part that did SNK Games in the early 2000's called Sammygames now called HighMoon. I remember when Paul was in SNK and was on his way out at when he help with the Neo-Geo here in United States. Thought he did a good job and didn't read much about him until recently with the ExA.
