I've never thought to even look for a list by size, but that is very cool.

It would be great for benchmarking neosd flash times.

I agree Black_Tiger.

I usually go a difference route like alphabetically.

Thank you for stopping by. We look forward on seeing you again soon. :)

Hi guys,

This evening, were with Donald Deborah. Donald had started a YouTube channel and to begin thing off, he played some Neo-Geo titles for the platform. So let's dive right in and see one of his playthroughs with Art of Fighting first shall we? :)

From the description,

"Art of Fighting (Arcade Version/Neo Geo MVS) Playthrough as Ryo Sakazaki. Note: All of my gameplay videos are uploaded for entertainment, not for skill.

Gameplay Ryo Sakazaki.

Playthrough with Ryo. This playthrough shows the extra boss fight against Geese Howard. This version of the game is included on Art of Fighting Anthology,"

Hi guys,

Back with NeoHomeBrew doing another example of what he does best. Let's take a gander of his latest work that he's doing with a basic fighting game that he developed. Looks good for sure! :)

From the description,

"This Demo shows a basic fighting game stage setup on the Neo Geo MVS / AES system with a "camera". I have tried to replicate the classic camera movement which is used in the Street Fighter II+, the King of Fighters or the Fatal Fury Series. This means, except of a dead zone in the center, the camera is moved independently by both players according to their movements in the left or right scroll zone. Also, both players always face each other and turn if a player has changed the side (except if jumping diagonally, then the turn happens after landing). I have added a simple collision detection for now but it needs to be improved with a "push box" for more accurate results.

The player shadows projected on the floor are shrinked sprites, flipped at the Y axis and rendered in a plain dark-grey color palette (similar to the shadows in Garou Mark of the Wolves).

This could be a base for a full fighting game engine in the future (when I have finished my Hypernoid game project)."

Here's a challenge for all you Neo Geo fans out there....Do any of you have or have seen a picture of an actual Neo Geo AES system and/or AES games in a store dated anytime between 1990 and 2000? I can't find a single one online. Only thing I find is more current pics from retro stores...Mostly in Japan. It's like searching for proof that the thing actually sold this way...Which I myself only know because I witnessed it in Babbage's as a teenager. Happy hunting!

You know what benjie? That's a great, 5-star rating question that you asked! :)

I haven't seen any pictures from that time line that you mention with an Neo-Geo before, only in buy/trade articles that were printed in magazines growing up and national advertisements in them as well in the 1990's. I personally use to see them in small, family run stores that carried the AES. But I never taken a picture or seen photos of a Neo-Geo in the shops being displayed!

You certainly got me on that one. Maybe some of the other gamers might have. I'll ask around to see if they have any pics of it.

Superb question indeed benjie. Nice job bro.
