That's a new one on me.  I've seen Samurai Shodown, Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer too, pretty sure I saw one other and then I know I've seen the couple of 8man ones (used to own them decades ago.)

 I was pretty impressed it. However, Fatal Fury 2: The New Battle and Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture (in that order) were the ones I saw on Saturday Anime on the Sci-Fi channel first before finding out about this one when I was at Tower Records that had a VHS box set of all three to discover the flick. I had to buy it the moment I saw it. Still have it to this very day.

Alright, I will finally be going to Akiba tomorrow to check out Neo Geo games! Garou Densetsu 3 and Real Bout are both on my list of relatively cheap AES games to look for. I have not played 3 yet, but I tried Real Bout on my Darksoft cart and really liked it. Since I want to buy the entire series for AES and the only one I have so far is Garou Densetsu Special, that means I'll need both 3 and Real Bout eventually anyway.

 

Not sure if I will buy anything for Neo Geo since that new Sega Astro City Mini releases in 2 days and I don't want to spend a whole ton of cash on games this month, but if I find nice Neo Geo games for decent prices, I can probably pick up one or two of them.

 

I don't remember if I mentioned it before (I think I forgot!), but that Japanese ebay seller that has that copy of Garou Densetsu actually does not ship to Japan. This is actually pretty common with Japanese ebay sellers for some reason. Not sure exactly why they won't ship to people in their own country, but that's how it is. Weird, but there's not much I can do about it. Still looking for a copy of that game, but I'd rather get some cheaper games right now.

Seeing that The Crown Price of Saudi Arabia is the newest shareholder with SNK, it can bring the company back to what it once was in the 1990's.
