5200 multi cart with games or HELP !

While trying to load more games on to my 128-1 a few weeks back, I [my wife] ended up losing everything and had to start fresh. The disc I received with the cart had no drivers , so we ended up getting another disc, and thankfully a few members on the 5200-HSC forum helped out with ROMS, but for some reason we are unable to load what I want.

 

I am no computer wiz, and my better half who does webdesign cant seem to get this straightened out either .

 

So rather than continue with what I have, I am wondering if anyone has a clean 128-1 or the new SD multi cart with the entire library including protos maybe some cool concversions, that they would consider parting with.

 

I have everything for 5200 , I just like the convenience of the multi cart save for competition.

 

 

Hell, I am at a point where I'd be happy to pay someone to correct my cart if need be.

Ive been that route with no tech support as to why we are having problems with the current 128-1.

I did buy the 5200 dedicated multicart in the marketplace, But I sure would like to be able to load games on to my 128-1 cart without losing them and starting over each time or getting error messages .

 

I had planned on buying the new SD, but after the headaches with the 128 , not sure.

 

I'd prefer to simply pay somebody to load the entire 5200 library, protos, & hacks. and then put as many conversions on as well.

Well, if it comes to that, I could load it up with ROMS for you. But it shouldn't be that hard to fix whatever issue you're having if you want to keep trying.

RICKR , thanks for the offer, I may take you up on that once I decide whether I ditch this 128 and buy the SD or simply make do with got. I would like MULE and Bounty Bob on a multi cart so it seems the SD is the way to go.

 

This all started after trying to load Atlantis and Demon Attack only to lose everything I had. A couple of the guys on the 5200 HSC were nice enough to link and load me up with game files, but for some reason we can only get one of the mass binary files to load , and that one is out of alphabetical order.

 

We then tried to combine 2-3 sets of binary files with the entire 5200 library with protos, hacks, and also a bunch of conversions for 5200 , tossing out any of the duplicates and that wouldn't load either. tried them all separately and no go either.

 

We've gone round and round checking this and that and there is no reason they should not load to the cart. My original disc had no drivers on it, we received a replacement disc, but no answers to any emails afterwards asking what other issue we might be having.

 

Heck this isn't rocket science.

Bounty Bob, as far as I know, won't work on this.

On the 128-1 ,no... Will work on the new SD as will M.U.L.E.
