Fuji-title-screen on a PAL 7800?

Is it possible to see the NTSC-title-sreen (Atari-logo) after "Power ON" an a PAL 7800 instead of "Asteroids"?

I have an NTSC console with the BIOS switched out for the Euro one and it works fine.

 

I'm presuming the reverse BIOS swap can be done for a PAL console.

 

However, I believe you would be screwed trying to play any PAL games as the NTSC BIOS will be looking for the encryption check which is not present in PAL games. You may see the Atari logo but likely it would freeze or crash shortly thereafter.
